This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. Dental Services include:    Exams    Cleanings    Sealants    X-rays    Fillings    Root canals    ExtractionsFor all services, they are billed on a sliding scale, based on your ability to pay. Care is provided free of charge for patients who qualify. If you do not have insurance, they will help you sign up for free or low-cost coverage.High-quality healthcare starts with good communication. Members of the healthcare team speak English and Spanish to make it easy for you to ask questions and get the information you need to take control of your health. Work Hour   Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Extended hours, by appointment: Monday– Thursday: 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
